I. Main Overview     The DPM10T60CG2 is a highly integrated,-reliability three-phase brushless DC motor drive circuit, mainly used for power motor drive. It is equipped with 6 IGBTs and 3 half-bridge HV gate drive circuits.    The internal integration includes under-voltage protection, overcurrent protection circuit, SD enable shutdown function, and provides excellent protection and fault-safe operation. Since each phase has an independent negative DC terminal, its current can be detected separately. The circuit provides a temperature sensing output port, and an internal bootstrap diode is integrated to simplify peripheral circuit. II. Function Description    The module integrates three half-bridge drivers and power outputs.    The drive circuit integrates high and low-side, interlock logic, under-voltage protection, overtemperature protection, bootstrap, etc. The basic functions of the three drives are the same, and the difference is that the enable of the W phase is also the fault signal output port and the temperature sensing output port, and it also adds overcurrent detection function.    When the circuit works, it accepts signal from the input port and generates the corresponding drive signal. When the circuit detects that the input voltage of the overcurrent protection port CSC is lower than the protection voltage, the is in a normal working state and does not trigger the overcurrent protection function; when the circuit detects that the voltage of the overcurrent protection port CSC is higher than the protection, no matter what state the input signal is in, the output will enter the state of being forced to be turned off, and the fault output port voltage will be pulled low.    ITS is the output of the circuit temperature sensing terminal, and its output current increases linearly with the temperature rising. When used, connect a pull-up resistor, and this has a negative temperature characteristic.    When the circuit works normally, the enable port SD voltage is set to a high level; the port enters the off state as soon as the is pulled low at any time. III.
